Ten years…. TEN!

In some ways it seems like it’s only been a short while – in others it feels like it was never any different.

I don’t know that either of us saw where we would end up after 10 years. A large family, a big old yellow farmhouse and a couple of chickens …. that was the dream picture. I don’t suppose we’re far off the mark, but boy was there a lot in there amongst all! 4 kids, 5 moves, 2 states, 4 goats, many rabbits and hens, 3 cats, 11 jobs (ish? We moonlighted so often those first years it’s tough to keep track of those!), and countless reasons to be thankful.

God Bless you, Rachel, for sticking alongside my grandiose ideas and stretch goals and still working to keep me grounded no matter how hard I try not to be! We’ve crammed a lot into those 10 years; imagine what we can get in the next 50 or 60!
